Information we collect
If you use the contact form on this website, we collect your name, organisation (if given), email address, the nature of your enquiry and your message. When you submit the form, these details are sent to us by email; they are not stored on the website. We also receive any information you include if you email us directly.
To protect the form from abuse, the website briefly keeps a one-way, non-reversible code derived from your IP address and the time of submission, and deletes it automatically once it is no longer needed for that purpose (normally within about an hour). This website does not use user accounts, analytics or advertising tools.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the time of a request) for security and operational purposes. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider, GoDaddy, acting on our behalf, for no longer than the provider’s standard retention period, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
How we use your information
We use information you send us solely to consider and respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to manage any resulting relationship. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your consent.
Legal basis
We process your information because it is necessary for our legitimate interests in considering and responding to enquiries and managing business relationships, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, or to comply with legal obligations.
